Your ad spend is paid to Bing Ads or Google AdWords. The  Privacy Hosting Asia LTD management fee is paid directly to Privacy Hosting Asia LTD through PayPal.com (our online payment processing partner).

All of our websites are carefully crafted using our proprietary Triton™ CMS. If you wish to cancel your PPC plan and manage your site yourself, you are able to do this.

Our DIY pricing is only 19 dollars per month. This includes:

• Access to Triton™ CMS
• Hosting
• Security updates
• Weekly backups

Any updates or changes to your site can then be ordered on an ad hoc basis through your Web Account Manager.

If you want to take your website after the initial 3 months with you the cost is:

Once a month you will receive an official Search Engine Marketing report. It contains:

• A breakup of campaign performance at the campaign, ad group, ad copy and keyword level
• Optimization highlights & takeaways
• A ‘Moving Forward’ section

Furthermore, we also always urge our clients to join a GoToMeeting session where we discuss the monthly report and the plan moving for the following month(s).

Weekly or bi-weekly optimization updates via email are also standard as well as the ability to set up a phone meeting any time you see fit.

In our experience it’s better for us to absorb the cost of call tracking because we have had challenges convincing new clients about the necessity of call tracking. To show how serious we are about knowing the true performance of your PPC campaigns we therefore absorb the full cost of call tracking including installing the code on your website without extra charges.

We include up to 400 minutes in our PPC plans, but if you go over this amount we normally find a new arrangement with our clients or disable call tracking for the rest of the month (not desirable though).

A Call Tracking plan is included in all our management plans, which includes setup, maintenance and reporting.

We will be happy to assist you if you have more pages than your plan includes.

Pricing for additional pages (limited to a maximum of 250 pages):

• $100 for 10 pages
• $350 for 50 pages

Note that this only include designing the pages for your new website. It doesn’t include copywriting, images or other creative work to these pages.
